Job Summary:
Seabrook is looking for a detail-oriented and innovative HR Operations Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission. The HR Operations Specialist will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day HR functions with a primary focus on managing, streamlining, and improving current processes. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to lead projects and initiatives assigned by the Director of Business & People. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, a passion for process improvement, and the skills to drive efficiency and effectiveness in HR practices.
